A new entity was founded in 1958 with the establishing of Gorakhram Haribux – the first company to introduce car airconditioners in India.

From then onwards. For over a span of 45 years, our activities were growth-oriented. We diversified into Refrigeration Systems & Gases, Industrial Transformers, Conversion of Jumbo Rolls of Photographic Color Paper and Graphic Art Film. Document Imaging, Sports & Leisure equipment and leasing of Real Estate.

Our annual turnover is over Rs. 70 million with over 100 employees. Our Head Office is located at Nariman Point, Mumbai. Our Plants are located  at Silvassa and Pune. We have Branches and representative in most major cities in India.

The group has long-standing liaison and collaboration with foreign companies. International trade  has made us quality conscious, while our cornerstone has always been co-operation, mutual prosperity, solid integrity and technology.
